May the Lord comfort you in your loss. I was a student of Dr. Porter's in the early 80's. He was a godly teacher and role model. Thankful for his faithfulness to the Lord and to people.

I have fond memories of Dr. Porter. I took several of his classes. One special memory is when he gave me and a classmate a ride on his motorcycle and sidecar.
