Scott Stanford, 60, passed away May 25, 2018 in Osceola, AR. He was born February 2, 1958 to George and Joan Stanford. He was a retired farmer, an avid fisherman and hunter and a member of Osceola First United Methodist Church. Survivors include his wife: Jane Stanford; daughter: Jessica (Michael) Griffin; grandchildren: Rylan Griffin and Asher Griffin; brothers: Clay Stanford and John David Stanford. He was preceded in death by his parents.

I grew up around these guys Scott,Clay & John David. My Father UL Cosbey farmed for George”Bubba” their father. Scott was my age, we didn’t like hang out but I would see them come to the Farm. So sad RIP “Willy”

We are in disbelief and shocked of the news of Scott, we are both so very sorry and we will be praying for the upcoming days and the days to come for Jane, Jessica and those grandsons! We have so many fond memories of days gone by and we will treasure those sweet memories, he was one of a kind kind of guy that everybody enjoyed being around!
