Sorry to hear about Danny. I served with him in C Battery, 2nd Target Acquisition Battalion, 25th Artillery in Wertheim Germany. He was trained as an artillery surveyor, and spent lots of time in the field at a place called Grafenwohr, Germany. We travelled in our jobs, but also got to explore and enjoy places like Garmish in southern Baveria while on leave.
Freda my sympathy goes out to you in the passing of your husband- will pray for peace and comfort for you and your family.
He was an amazing baseball coach that taught me how to play the game I love. He taught us to play hard while respecting the game and our opponent. I will always cherish the memories of playing little league baseball for Coach Cissell.
We Loved Coach Cissell! Many fond memories of Mr. Parts Little League team and all the fun we had with y'all ! Many quotes from Danny we still use today and we'll never forget Him! You were one of our inspirations and special always ! Rest our sweet friend and we'll see you over yonder! Kay, David and Blake Reed
Freda, we were so sorry and sad to hear about Danny. He was a wonderful person and will be greatly missed. We are praying for you and your family.
Mary and the loved ones of Danny, I am so sorry at the lost of this brother, husband, father, and grandfather. The loss of any loved one leave a hole in the heart and the only consolation is gratitude for having them in your life. I pray the Lord's comfort for all of you. Doris Cissell Williams
