Clarence (AC) Stevens, 77, of Manila, entered into rest Friday, January 8, 2016. He was born March 17, 1938 in Searcy, Arkansas to the late Clarence and Ella Mae Stevens; he was a member of First Baptist Church in Luxora and retired local farmer. He is survived by his wife Laura Stevens; sons: Ricky Stevens of Jonesboro and David Stevens of Memphis; daughter: Laurie Ruple of Manila; twelve grandchildren: Emmy Lou Hardin, Ricky Stevens, Danielle Boyer, Kristian Stevens, Anthony Diffee, Garrett Scott, Maegan Stevens, Kalle Stevens, Mallory Stevens, Donald Ruple, Chad Ruple and Destiny Ruple; ten great- grandchildren; one sister Geraldine May. He was preceded in death by his parents; brothers: Edward Stevens and Harold Stevens; one sister Bertha May Ward.
