Oh how I will miss "Latitude". She and Ann Parvin took me under their wings when I first came to Langston in 1979. Gloria and I were team teachers together and had such a fun time. This picture is the way I will always remember and cherish her - with a smile and kind words to say. She hosted a bridal shower for Bob and I and later was a "grandmother" to our Emily. Our prayers are with all of you. I know she is at peace with the Lord.
Dear ones,
I am sorry I could not make it to the services for Gloria...Health issues kept me away.
I do want you to know how I will miss Gloria..I have
such fond memories of her. The family will be in my
prayers.
The three of us went to school together and there is no one that means any more to us. She was so special. Our thoughts and prayers are with all her family at this difficult time.
I'm so sorry for your loss of such a precious Christian lady that always had a smile on her face and kind words to say to me and my kids. Prayers for your family. Robert, Richard, and Raymie send their love & hugs to you Linda.

Martha, Linda, Travis and Katie, so sorry to hear about your Mom and Grandmother. She was such a great teacher, touched so many lives, and I was blessed to have known and worked with her those years at West Elementary. I appreciated her wisdom and her humor. Martha, so sorry about your mom. I always thought that she was a very spunky woman and a very pretty woman inside and out. She sure will be missed around and about. May God be with you in these days
