J.N. ''B.B.'' Chipman, Jr., 68, of Osceola, passed away Tuesday, November 11, 2014. He was born on February 28, 1946 in Little Rock, AR. He was a printer for Osceola Times, worked at American Greetings and attended Westside Baptist Church in Osceola. He was preceded in death by his parents: J.N. Chipman, Sr., Earlene Chipman and Jody Chipman; one sister, Charlotte Boone and one brother; Ray Chipman and one grandchild, Payton Chipman. He is survived by his wife of fifty years, Dail Chipman; two sons: B.J. Chipman and his wife Henrietta of Wilson and Gary Chipman of Osceola; one daughter, Nancy Duncan and her husband Pee Wee of Osceola; eight grandchildren: Daly, David, Kallie, Lexy, Coy, Chaney, Hannah and Zo; two sisters: Gloria Copeland of Osceola and Mary Milton of Osceola; and three brothers: Marvin Chipman of Osceola, Ben Chipman of Osceola and Michael Chipman of Manila.

What a fantastic picture of true love. I'm so sorry to hear of Mr. Chipmans' passing. I really enjoyed hearing stories from you and Gary about him, his love of music & love of family. You and your family are in my thoughts & prayers. I miss you.

As the Postmaster of Osceola, I have come to know the Chipman family on a professional level but at the same time I know you personally. I feel a kinship with your suffering and as they transition to the lost of Mr. Chipman my thoughts and prayers are with you and go forth for you. I have the utmost love and respect for this great family.
