Betty Jo Sutterfield, 83, of Mountain View, Arkansas passed away on Wednesday, August 2, 2017 at White River Medical Center in Batesville, Arkansas. Betty was born on March 9, 1934 in Gracemont, Oklahoma to the late John Alfred and Ina (Balentine) Freeman. Betty was an active member of the AM Vets, American Legion Ladies Auxillary, and worked elections in Stone County for many years.

Betty is survived by her only son, Danny Adams; two daughters, Bonnie Turner and Ina Milam; nine grandchildren, and numerous great-grandchildren.

Betty was preceded in death by her parents, John Alfred and Ina (Balentine) Freeman and one son, John Adams.

A visitation will be Thursday, August 3, 2017, from 1:00-2:00 PM at Roller Crouch Chapel in Mountain View, Arkansas. Funeral services will follow the visitation beginning at 2:00PM with Brother Truman Bullard officiating. Interment will be at Levisy Flat Cemetery in Mountain View, Arkansas.

Pallbearers are Marcus Smith, Dustin Smith, Ethan Smith, Justin Bracewell, Cody Sutterfield, Jacob White, and Timothy Turner.

Roller Crouch Funeral Home in Mountain View, Arkansas is in charge of the arrangements.
