Billy Joe Green, 77, of Conway, Ark., passed away on Sunday, June 19, 2016. He was born on June 29, 1938 in Mtn. View, Ark. to Horace and Elsie Green.
Bill worked for the Mtn. View Telephone Company for 32 years. He enjoyed hunting and fishing, spending time with his grandchildren, watching sports, and serving his church. He was a member of Woodland Heights Baptist Church in Conway.
Survivors include his wife of 59 years, Nadine (Duncan) Green, of Conway; son and daughter-in-law, Rick and Anita Green, Ozark, Mo.; son and daughter-in-law, Tony and Gina Green, Springfield, Mo.: daughter and son-in-law, Jennifer and Brad Hartley, Conway; sister, Mima Rae Bryant, Van Buren, Ark.; 7 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents; brother and sister-in-law, J.M. and Maxine Green; and brother-in-law, Emal Bryant.
Visitation will be Wednesday, June 22, 2016, noon '''' 2 pm, at Flatwoods Baptist Church, Mtn. View, with services immediately following at 2 pm. Interment will follow at Flatwoods Cemetery.

Nadine I am so sorry for your loss......I guess you heard of my Ronnie also went with the Lord. I didn't realize you had moved from Mt. View. Glad you could be close to some of your kids....that is a great feeling. To Love and Be Loved.......the most enjoyable thing in life. We know the Lord loves us and HE knows our hurt and wants us to pray for one another and that is what I am doing for you and for Jennifer and all of Bill's and your loved ones and friends.
