Cherie Ophelia (McGhee) Narramore, 48, passed away Friday, March 18, 2016, in Batesville, Arkansas. Cherie was born July 9, 1967 in Hammond, Indiana to Wayne McGhee and Ophelia Dickison McGhee.
She was a homemaker and a member of the Ramsey Heights Baptist Church in Batesville, Arkansas.
She is survived by a daughter, Elizabeth Narramore Ninemire (Andrew); mother Ophelia McGhee of Strawberry, AR; father, Wayne McGhee (Brenda) of Mountain View, AR ; two sisters, Kerie MacDowell (Mike) of Columbia Falls, MT, and Terie Shipman (Herbert) of Hot Springs, AR; two step-brothers Jeffrey Reynolds (Brandy) of Heber Springs, AR, Jason Reynolds (Melissa) of Rose Bud, AR; one step-sister Jennifer Collier (Terron) of Cordova, TN; and a host of nieces, nephews, other family members and friends.
Preceded in death by an infant daughter, Kristina Marie Narramore; Grandparents Glenn and Wilma McGhee, Flowrene Dickison and Hardaway Dickison.
Visitation is Tuesday,March 22, 2016, 12:30 to 1:00 PM at Ramsey Heights Baptist Church in Batesville AR. Funeral Services will follow at 1:00 PM with Brother Aaron Maxwell officiating. Interment will be at Lancaster Cemetery in Strawberry, AR.
Pallbearers will be Terry Dickison, Wayne McGhee, W.O. Huskey, Bryant Gosser, Herbert Shipman, and Tim Durham.
Arrangements are by Roller Crouch Funeral Home of Mountain View, AR.

Ophelia, I had no idea that Cherie had gotten so sick and passed away. She was a dear friend. My daughter, Kerie, got married this week and we have been so preoccupied with work and wedding preparations,. I have thought of you and Cherie often and prayed for you but failed to text or call. Please forgive me. May God comfort you. If I can help you please let me know.
