Ray Wiles, 71, of Mountain Home, Arkansas formerly of Mountain View, Arkansas died July 19, 2015 in Little Rock, Arkansas. He was born July 12, 1944 at Hardy, Arkansas to the late Truman Leonard and Norma Mae (Biggers) Wiles.
Ray was a member of Fairview Methodist Church in Mountain Home, and a former member of the First United Methodist Church in Mountain View, a Gideon which he gave Bible's to many people, member of The Royal Family Kids Camp, and a veteran of 173rd Airborn Division of United States Army.
He is survived by his wife Sue (Bruce) Wiles; daughters Michelle Williams husband Jimmy of Norfork, Arkansas and LeQuita Flanigan husband Shane of Manila, Arkansas; four brothers Leonard, Eugene, Roy, and Travis; two sisters Janelta Tipton and Naomi Martin; seven grandchildren Justin Williams, Casey Williams, Mallory Williams, Jesse Flanigan, Stephany Corter, Pam Hodges, Courtney Martin; six and two on the way great grandchildren Grace Williams, Travis Williams, Abbigale Williams, Addison Martin, Mikenia Corter, and Landon Corter; and many nieces and nephews.
Ray was preceded in death by his parents Truman Leonard and Norma Mae (Biggers) Wiles, and one sister Betty Ann Conner.
Visitation is 6-8pm Wednesday, July 22, 2015 at Roller Crouch Chapel in Mountain View, Arkansas. Funeral service will be held 2pm Thursday, July 23, 2015 at the First United Methodist Church in Mountain View, Arkansas. Burial will be at Alderbrook cemetery in Desha, Arkansas with Rev. Steve Johnson and Rev. Tom Yoder officiating the service.
Pallberers are Joel Breeding, JT Altman, Scott Beck, Jim Barrow, Roland Pugh, and Larry Alcorn. Honorary pallbearers are Shane Flanigan, Jimmy Williams, Justin Williams, Casey Williams, Jesse Flanigan, Mallory Williams, Stephany Corter, Pam Hodges, and Courtney Martin.
Dear Sue, I am so sorry to hear of the passing of your husband. I never had the privilege to know him but am sure he was a wonderful person. After all, he has a wonderful wife! You will be in our thoughts and prayers and ask that God Bless you and keep you in his loving arms.
Sue - So sorry to hear about Ray. We met and enjoyed good times and fellowship at our Tuttle Ridge deer camp several years ago and occasionally we would see you all in Russellville while he was making sales down here. My son Eli sends his condolences also.

Sending our condolences to the family from the Pine Bluff Camp of Gideons International. I had the pleasure to dine with Ray and Sue at a State Convention Pastors Appreciation Banquet a few years ago and really enjoyed them both. We will all see Ray again, Praise the Lord.
