Davis, Joe Bill (Cotton), 83, of Wichita, KS passed away peacefully at Founders Crest Nursing Home in Wichita. Joe was born on Feb. 16, 1931 in Waldron, AR the son of Clyde and Freda (Rice) Davis. Joe served in the United States Army during the Korean Conflict. Joe retired after 45 years from Cessna Aircraft. Joe was preceded in death by his parents, wife, Dorothy Lea (Smith) Davis, sister, Dorris Davis, brothers, Clyde Wayne Davis, Lucian Davis. Survivors include his son, Billy Wayne (Donna) Davis, daughter, Gale (Keith) Walding, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Visitation will be on Sat. Sept. 27, 2014 with family present from 10am to 12pm at Roller-Crouch Chapel, 405 S. Peabody Ave., Mountain View, AR. Graveside services for Joe will be at 3pm on Sat. Sept. 27, 2014 at Blue Mountain Cemetery, located on Blue Mountain Rd. Timbo, AR. Memorials can be made in his name and loving memory with the Alzheimer's Association, 1202 S.
