Ruby W. Curtis, age 87 of Marshall, Arkansas passed from this life on Thursday, November 17th, 2016 at Harrison Rehabilitation and Health Center. She was born in Prue, Oklahoma on March 4th, 1929 to Obie House and Ida Kyle House.

Ruby was a Christian of the Pentecost faith. She spent her working years as a nurse's aide, working in several area nursing homes and also in home health. Ruby loved going to the Senior Center in Marshall, visiting with her friends and playing Bingo and Uno.

Survivors include her daughter, Beverly Curtis of Marshall; grandchildren, Chris Curtis of Calico Rock, David Wilson of Marshall and Michelle Treat, also of Marshall; step-granddaughter, Jeanette Flowers; great-grandchildren, Ethan Wilson, David Treat, Jazmyn Treat and Jayden Treat; and many nieces, nephews, cousins, other family and friends who will also mourn her passing.

She is preceded in death by her parents; one daughter, Linda Curtis Mathis; one son, Gary Curtis; daughter-in-law, Diane Curtis; three brothers, Clifton House, Obie House Jr. and Willard House; and sister, Edna Grooms.

Arrangements are by Roller-Coffman Funeral Home in Marshall, Arkansas. All services will be private per Ruby's wishes. Burial will be in Rock Creek Cemetery near Harriet.
