Shirley Ellen Talley, age 80, of St. Joe, Arkansas passed from this life on Friday, September 30th, 2016 in Bellefonte, Arkansas. She was born in Arkansas City, Kansas on June 13th, 1936 to Robert Lee Kahm and Lydia (Schacher) Kahm.
Shirley was a devout Baptist for many years. She had a great love for her dogs. Shirley was known to be; intelligent, talented, creative, determined and strong willed in all she did.
Shirley is preceded in death by her parents; husband, James ''Jim'' Doyle Talley; and son, David Talley and wife Katherine.
Survivors include three sons; James ''Jimmy'' Doyle Talley III and wife Shela of Sheridan, Arkansas; Russell Talley and wife Diane of Blytheville, Arkansas; and John Charles Talley and wife Carla of Wagner, Oklahoma; one daughter; Cindy Wilson and husband Stan of Fort Myers, Florida; and sixteen grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren who will all mourn her passing.
Graveside services for Shirley will be 2:00 PM Tuesday, October 4th, 2016 at Osborne Cemetery near Saint Joe, Arkansas.
