To Belle and family:
Although we've been across the miles and its been years since I've seen you and your beloved husband, you've been in our thoughts and prayers always. As his niece, I have wonderful memories of a wonderful uncle who was always loving and a blast to be around! Iam so grateful he had such a long life with someone he treasured.Deepest sympathies to you all.
To my cousins, Rick, Jim and Ken and your families:
So very sorry for the loss of such a wonderful father and grandfather. What terrific memories all of us cousins had of such an awesome uncle.
Sunday dinners and holidays were made extra special just because he was there with his infectious sense of humor and that twinkle in his eye!
He was so loved by us all. I hope that helps in the sorrow you all have, knowing that. Peace and prayers to all of you.

Uncle Chuck:
Thank you for being you! Thank you for so many terrific memories and for being an unforgettable uncle. Love you!

To Belle and family, our deepest condolences on your great loss. I am sorry that we never got a chance to meet face to face, but we wanted you to know that we always considered you family along with our beloved Uncle Chuck. While I'm sure this is a difficult time, we know that you will ultimately find peace in your memories and be grateful for the 30 wonderful years you got to spend together; we are too.

To Rick, Jim & Ken and families- we grieve your loss and wanted to know that you and your extended families will remain in our prayers. While most of my memories, of family gatherings and lots of laughter, are from many years ago, they are no less fond. I believe my last encounter with your dad was a serendipitous encounter at a Boilermaker football game with Ken, and he looked great, always did. I'm so glad we had a chance to catch up with Ken and family late last year; what a treat and what a great family.

You all take care!

Godspeed Uncle Chuck.... until we meet again.

Dear Cousins, so sorry for the loss of your dear father. I have been thinking about him quite often lately as I compiled those old videos. Although I have not seen him in many years, he is a an important part of my childhood and early adult life. My husband especially liked him as they could talk about farming and the cattle business. He will forever be remembered as my favorite

To Belle: Our thoughts & prayers are with you. We are grateful you had such a long & happy time together. I know my uncle was very lucky to have you & your family in his life. Take care during this sad & difficult time.
To my cousins Rick, Jim, Ken & families: It was no secret how special your Dad was to me. He always had a joke or way of making people smile. I will remember him with great fondness. There is a picture of the two of us that was taken at a Christmas family reunion at our apartment. It has been one of my all time favorite photos. He was a lot of fun at our family parties & can visualize how his shoulders shook when he laughed that quiet laugh of his. I hope you can find peace knowing he is now at peace. Our sympathies to all of you.
To my Godfather: Uncle Chuck, although you moved far away, I thought of you so often! I looked forward to your Christmas cards; you always wrote something inside about yourself, Belle & the rest of the family. I will cherish the many, many memories from our countless visits to the house on Beech & will never forget how funny you were singing the 12 Days of Christmas! Much love, Jackie

Chuck's family has lost a Great Husband,Father and Friend.

Death may have taken him, but we all will have memories of him that will last a life time. I will always remember him as my Chucky Poo who never let me forget that the Dallas Cowboys were not his team, sooo much fun! he loved his sports, reading and his Skittles but most of all he loved his family....

Oh how proud he was of his kids and grandchildren you could see his face light up with joy talking about them.
He was loved and cared for by all his family and will be greatly missed..

Love You Chuck!

Grandma Belle, thank you so much for all that you've done. Your cooking is still the best I've ever had. I remember the many summers we would come down to visit you guys and how Quinn and I would sit in the mud room watching vhs tapes, raid the snack jars, and play out back on the swing or throw rocks in the pond. I have nothing but fond, wonderful memories of you and grandpa. I love you both and my prayers are with you.

Rest in peace, grandpa. I hope I get to meet you up there in heaven one day.

My sympathy to the rest of his family.
