Jewel Talley

Jewel Talley of Little Rock, Arkansas born September 11, 1920 in Hugo, Oklahoma passed away August 13, 2012.

She was preceded in death by three sons, Melvin, Tommy and Larry Songer; and two grandchildren, Brad and Edie Songer.

She is survived by son, Chris Songer of North Little Rock; daughters, Carolyn Hunter of Houston, Arkansas and Cindy Copeland of Bryant, Arkansas; 13 grandchildren, and one special granddaughter, Christy Benton; 13 great grandchildren; sisters, Bettye Woodruff of Jonesboro, Arkansas and D.J. Duran of Yucaipa, California and brother, Marshall Brookey of Porterville, California.

Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m., Thursday, August 16, 2012 at Roller-Drummond Funeral Home, 10900 Interstate 30, Little Rock, Arkansas 72209 (501) 455-5800 with interment to follow at Pinecrest Memorial Park.

Family will receive friends at 10:00 a.m., prior to the service at the funeral home.
