September 10, 1964 - October 5, 2015

William Gregory Ely, Sr., age 51 of Mountain Home passed away Monday, October 5, 2015 at Baxter Regional Medical Center. He was born September 10, 1964 in Detroit, MI to William T. Ely and Alice Joan Zimmerman Ely. He was a U. S. Navy veteran and a member of the First Christian Church Disciples of Christ in Mountain Home.
He is survived by his parents, William and Joan Ely of Mountain Home; 2 sons: William Thomas Ely of Williamson, NY. and William Gregory Ely, Jr. of Steilacoom, WA; a daughter, Michelle Elizabeth Ely of Capron, OK; 4 grandchildren; 2 sisters: Patricia Church of Hampton, TN and Deborah Taylor of Michigan.
A memorial service conducted by Pastor Jake Butcher will be held 11 AM Saturday, October 10, 2015 at First Christian Church. Interment will be private.
