James Marcellus Taylor, 75, formerly of Virginia Beach, Virginia passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, October 26, 2014. He was born and raised in Boundbrook, New Jersey, the son of Lillian and James M. Taylor. He was preceded in death by his two daughters Jeanette and Artia Taylor.

He was a competitive body builder and power lifter, winning numerous awards, including Mr. USA and VA State Masters Power-lifting Champion. Although we only met Jim for a short time he made a lasting impression on us. The joy he had of showing us around where he first stayed with Steph by the lake, to see inside to the wonderful memory. . We strive to be so actively enjoying life and to fish everyday. When we are fishing we will think of Jim and know he is fishing in a place where the weather is always warm and the fish stories are all true. Warmest affection and sympathy to Steph and his family.= Lloyd and Katie

To the family and friends of Mr. Taylor. May the memories of the times you shared together bring you comfort. May God, the father of tender mercies, console and help all of you progress through each day. Please find and share with each other the encouragement found in the positive words of Revelation chapter 21 and verse 4.
