So sorry to hear about your loss. We are not close cousins. I went to school in Wilson. Graduated in 1962. My mom was also a relative of Calvin Williams. Perhaps we met in the past and I don't remember. I am sure he will be missed.
I was so sorry to hear of PD's passing. Even though we haven't seen each other in a few years, I always enjoyed seeing him at the Crawfish festival down on the River in Memphis every year. When he would come to Memphis to shop, he would always call me to meet him to visit if only for an hour. We were friends on Facebook and I enjoyed seeing him happy spending time with his family, going out to eat and just enjoying life the best he could. He never told me the seriousness of his condition. He was always positive and hopeful his treatments were going well. That's why I was really shocked to hear he lost his battle. I'm so sad to know I will never see him again, but he will always be in my heart. My deepest sympathy to all of his family. I know he will be dearly missed. P.S. PD and I met at church in Basset about 50yrs ago....he was always a good friend and I will truly miss him.
