Earnest Allen Orr, 73, of Trumann, passed away June 1, 2016. He was born June 23, 1942, at Lepanto to William Eugene and Kydell Elizabeth Mae Tull Orr.

He was retired after 20 years from Singer Furniture Company, and continued to work another 20 years for E.C. Barton Co. He was a member of Faith Baptist Church of Tulot. He served 11 years in the US Army Reserve. He enjoyed spending time with family and working on mowers and cars.

He is survived by his wife, Mary Vickers Orr; sons, Michael, Eric, and Tony Orr; and one daughter, Angela Swindle; brothers, James Allen Orr, Marion Hearld Orr, Francis Don Orr, and John Edwin Orr; ten grandchildren, and seven great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, seven brothers and one sister.

Visitation will be held Saturday, June 4th, from 1:00-2:00pm at Roller-Farmers Union Funeral Home Chapel, 1900 W Washington, Jonesboro, with funeral service to follow at 2:00pm, with Bobby Brooks and Gerald Vickers officiating. Burial will follow at Unity Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Brandon Orr, Tim Vickers, Don Orr, Clint Orr, Allen Orr, and David Orr. Honorary pallbearers will be Corey Benetz, Bryce Long, Jason Wilson, C.J. Swindle, Jason Orr, and John Orr, Jr.
