Charles Thomas Gardner, Sr., 74, of Athens, AL, passed away Monday, December 1, 2014.

He is survived by his wife, Shirley Gardner; two daughters, Susan Lunsford and Debbie Zachary; two sons, Tom Gardner, Jr. and Mike Gardner; a brother, Lee Gardner; a sister, Lynda Smith; two grandchildren, Joseph Gardner and Mathew Lunsford; two great grandchildren, Braden Becknal and Brodie Becknal.

Visitation will be 1-3 pm Sunday at Roller-Farmers Union Funeral Home, 1900 West Washington Avenue in Jonesboro.

Graveside services will be 3:30 pm at the Philadelphia Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers the family suggests donations to your favorite charity.
