Tony E. Miles, age 51, of Jonesboro, passed away Wednesday, May 23, 2012 from injuries sustained in a crop dusting accident. He was born July 19, 1960 in Kennett, MO to Johnny D. and Willine Miles. Tony was the owner of Miles Flying Service, Inc since 1984. He was a member of Victory General Baptist Church and attended Central Baptist Church. Tony loved flying, hunting, going to the lake, traveling, snow skiing and scuba diving.
He was preceded in death by his father.
Survivors include his wife, Janet Miles of the home: a daughter, Toni Mekel Miles of the home; his mother, Willine Miles of Jonesboro; and a brother Barry Miles of Bono.
Visitation will be 1-3 pm Sunday at Central Baptist Church with the funeral service beginning at 3 pm with Bro. John Freeman and Bro. Marion Stringer officiating. Burial will follow at Jonesboro Memorial Park Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Roller-Farmers Union Funeral Home of Jonesboro.
