Joel Brittain Henderson

Joel Brittain Henderson, 49, of Wright, Arkansas went to be with the Lord Monday, October 5, 2009. Joel was born August 2, 1960 to Clint and Sissy Henderson.

Joel was a member of first Baptist Church of England, a graduate of the England Academy, a member of The American Paint Horse Association & the National Cutting Horse Association. Joel was a farmer and a hay producer. Joel loved and was loved by his family, especially his grandson Tyler.

Joel is survived by his wife of 11 years, Beverly Workman Henderson of Wright; his mother, Sissy Henderson of England; a son, Jonathan Bredlow of Wright; a daughter, Carey Lee Vent of Scott; his grandson, Tyler McCormick of Benton; his sister, Pam McFall and her husband Jim of White Hall; three brothers: Clint E. Henderson, Jr. and his wife Connie of England; J. Hollie Henderson and his wife Sheree of Altheimer and John W. Henderson and his wife Missy of England; thirteen nieces and nephews; many friends and extended family.

Joel will lie in state at Roller England Funeral Home from 12:00 noon -9:00 PM Tuesday, October 6, 2009. Funeral services will be Wednesday, October 7, 2009 at 2:00 PM at the First Baptist Church in England, Arkansas. Burial will be in the Mulberry Cemetery by Roller England Funeral Home (501) 842-3939.
