James Doyle Jennings, 82, of Morganton, Arkansas was born July 1, 1933 to the late Willard and Sylvia (Stark) Jennings and went to be with his Lord March 22, 2016 from his home. He was loved by all who knew him, was a member of Mt. Zion General Baptist Church and loved to fish.
He was preceded in death by his parents and a sister, Judy Jones.
Left to cherish his memory are his wife of 62 years, Mary of the home, a son, James R. Jennings (Kelly), four daughters; Pam Cooper (Jonathan), Sharon Hutto (Jeff), Christine Crawford (Michael), Terrie Gottsponer (Kenny), 12 grandchildren, 21 great-grandchildren, one sister, Shrea Harmon (John), one brother, Richard Jennings (Virginia), other relatives and a host of friends.
Visitation will be at 2:00 pm Thursday, March 24, 2016 at the Roller-McNutt Funeral Home in Clinton, Arkansas. Funeral services will follow at 3:00 pm Thursday at the Roller-McNutt. Interment will be at the Hardin Cemetery in Bee Branch.
Funeral Arrangements are under the care and direction of Roller-McNutt Funeral Home in Clinton, Arkansas.
