Sweet Joan was always ready with a smile and a cheerful greeting. We will miss her so much especially on Thursday nights at Bobby's Café. Sincere sympathy to Fred and the rest of her family.

While I only knew Aunt Joannie for a short amount of time, my husband John Alewelt spoke very highly of Aunt Joannie. We so appreciated Aunt Joannie and Uncle Fred coming to our wedding. And the brief interactions I had with Aunt Joannie I saw a very kind-hearted woman. The world was a better place because of her. Thoughts and prayers to Uncle Fred and family.
