Nancy Margaret Tasker Pratt passed away in Little Rock, AR on Friday, June 10, 2016. She was 92 years old and her husband of 59 years, Jay Pratt, was by her side. She was born August 10, 1923 in Houston, Texas to Alexander Dick and Faith Hutchison Tasker. She was preceded in death by her parents; brother, David Tasker; sister in-law, Bea Tasker and son-in- laws, Carlos Verver and Robert Brown.

She is survived by her husband, John G, "Jay" Pratt Jr. of Little Rock; daughters, Marsha Pratt of Little Rock, Debora Brown of Cabot, Cathy (Ken) Graves of Benton, and Linda (Roy) Graves of Benton; eleven grandchildren; Kyle, Patricia, Adam, Ava and Will Graves; Jonathan, Joy, Lawrence, Abi and Kidist Brown; and Kristen (Cody) Arnold. Nancy was a wonderful wife, mother and grandmother. She loved to travel the world and garden in her very own yard. Many knew her as a Sunday school teacher, Girl Scout leader, bridge partner and Meals on Wheels volunteer. 'I l have had a really wonderful life," Nancy said many times. Her kind, generous and loving spirit will be remembered by everyone she knew.

The family wishes to thank members of Henderson United Methodist Church, the staff of Briarwood Nursing Home and Gentiva Hospice for their tender care and attention. A private family service was held in the chapel of Roller-Chenal Funeral Home and there, Jay Pratt sang for his bride one last time. Nancy was laid to rest by her family at Forest Hills Cemetery in Alexander. The Pratt family can be reached at P.O. Box 488, Alexander, AR 72002.
