Larry! Mike and I are so sorry for your loss! Phyllis was such a strong & smart business woman. Please know we're praying for you. I just ran across a Billy Graham quote this week that we can lean on."The Bible says this world is not our final home and we are "strangers and pilgrims on the earth." Our true home is heaven. And that is where God's path leads."

So sorry for your loss. May you find comfort in the words spoken at John 5:28,29
(28). "Do not be amazed at this, for the hour is coming in which all those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice (29) and come out, those who did good things to a resurrection of life, and those who practiced vile things to a resurrection of judgment".

Larry, we were not aware Phyllis was ill and are shocked at this news.
We have been close to you both for many years and shared a lot of
good times. Phyllis and I worked together during the 60's at LRU
and there were some fun times which I will always remember. One
story I recall is when Tiny Tim got married on the Johnny Carson show and Phyllis and her mother came to my house in Broadmoor to watch it on our new color TV. Tiny and his new wife toasted with a drink of milk and honey so Phyllis and I had to go in the kitchen and stir up some milk and honey to sample the taste. I have a million stories about times we shared. We love you and we are so very sorry for your loss.

(I'm Bonnie Young's daughter.) I'll be praying for your family in the difficult days ahead. Though I didn't know Phyllis well myself, I've heard my mother speak of her with great fondness. I told her of Phyllis' passing and she remembers her well.
I can tell by her beautiful obituary that Phyllis impacted many lives for good. I praise God for his faithfulness in taking her home to be with him. I pray he will fill your hearts with his deep peace.

I was so sad when I read today about Phyllis. I worked for her several years and had so much respect for her. She was a beautiful, brilliant, and very gifted woman who taught me a lot. I loved how quick she was to laugh and never made me feel bad when I made mistakes, but she taught me to just look for an answer. I will never forget her, and I wanted to tell her family that I am praying for God's comfort for you all.
Very Sincerely,

We will miss Phyllis. Not only a wonderful relative through marriage but a friend and great CPA accountant. Never too busy to assist my mother and father as they aged and became more dependent on her to take care of their taxes. Always had an open ear to help when needed. Great person, wonderful example to others as a hard working never giving up person. Rest in peace Phyllis. With Love Jim and Linda.
