Marianna ''Anna'' Carmela Romano, age 88 of Little Rock, AR, passed away on Thursday, November 6, 2014. She was born in Castronuovo, Sicily to the late Giuseppe and Antonina Rini Tirrusa on February 16, 1926.
Family, cooking, and gardening were her passions. Anna was known by friends and neighbors for her wonderful Italian meals and homemade pasta. She was a member of Christ the King Catholic Church.
Anna is survived by the love of her life, her husband, Angelo, her son, Gino and wife, Jean, her beloved granddaughter, Samantha, her brother, Biagio Tirrusa and wife, Rosa, and nephew, John Tirrusa and his wife, Linda, and their children Nicholas, Victoria and Sabrina. She was preceded in death by her parents and nephew, Joseph Tirrusa.

The funeral mass will be on Saturday, November 8, 2014 at 10:00 a.m., at Christ the King Church, 4000 N Rodney Parham Rd, Little Rock, AR 72212
A rosary service is scheduled for Friday, November 7, 2014, from 5-6 p.m., followed by a visitation from 6-7 p.m., at Roller Chenal Funeral Home, 13801 Chenal Parkway, Little Rock, AR 72211 (501)224-8300
