Lecta Kay Holland, 82, of Quitman, AR was born May 13, 1935 to Roscoe Proctor and Martha Laverne Roberts. She went to be with the Lord, April 11, 2018 surrounded by family.

She was a loving wife, homemaker, and proud of the fact of being a devoted mother to her 5 daughters, and loved spending time with family and friends. She enjoyed cooking, gardening, writing poetry and songs, sewing and quilting, in which she won numerous awards for their craftsmanship and beauty.

Kay was a faithful member of Salem Primitive Baptist Church of Gravesville, AR, and enjoyed traveling to church meetings throughout Arkansas and other states.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Martha Laverne McGinty and grandmother, Amelia Belle Clendenin, both of Guy, AR.

Kay will be forever remembered by her husband and best friend of 66 years, Gerald Junior Holland, and her cherished daughters; Sharon (Herman) Thompson of Conway, AR., Sandra (Jerry) Dubard of Durant, MS., Cynthia Holland Barnes of Quitman, AR., Robin (Kenny) Salter of Desha, AR., and Angie (Norman) Thompson of Wilburn, AR.; her 2 sisters; Oleta Faye Cauley of Guy, AR., and Carolyn Meador of Granbury, TX. She is also survived by 6 grandsons, 9 granddaughters, 13 great grandsons, 19 great granddaughters and one adorable great great grandson, and many other relatives and friends.

Funeral Services will be Saturday, April 14, 2018 at 10:00AM at Salem Primitive Baptist Church of Gravesville, AR. Visitation will be Friday, April 13, 2018 from 6PM to 8PM at Roller McNutt Funeral Home Greenbrier, 115 S. Broadview, Greenbrier, AR. Interment in Old Salem Cemetery
