Darlene Gray, 73, of Quitman passed away on Friday, March 9, 2018. She was born in St. Louis, Missouri on January 28, 1945 to the late Marlin Resinger, Sr. and Betty Resinger. She was also preceded in death by her son, Robert Baty; and step-son, Robert David Gray.
Darlene worked at Amtran for 22 years. She was a member of the Methodist Church. She was a very giving person with a big heart. She was a loving mother and grandmother who will be greatly missed by all.
She is survived by her husband of 33 years, Bennie Gray; son, David Baty (Peggie); stepson, Bennie Gray, Jr,; sisters, Bettey Sue Resinger of Mulberry, Kansas and Sherrie Jordan of Texas; brother, Marlin Resinger (Gail) of Pine Bluff; 2 granddaughters; and 3 great-grandchildren.
A Memorial Visitation will be held from 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. on Thursday, March 15, 2018 at Roller-McNutt Funeral Home in Greenbrier, AR.
I am Darlene's half-sister I met her one time and I think I was about 10 years old I'm sorry to hear of her passing

Darlene, you are our most valued friend, loving & kindred spirit. we so enjoyed our weekly chats that bridged the miles, and soothed the soul. we will keep learning the lessons the bible teaches us and join you again in the everlasting eternal life. LORD PLEASE LOOK AFTER OUR BEAUTIFUL DARLENE, AMEN
Sorry for your loss. It took us all by surprise. She will be greatly missed. I will cherish the times we set out on the porch and talked. Some good memories. That's something no one can take away. My prayer to all.

God blessed with Darlen 6 ago she is the most amazing lady I am so lucky to have had you in my life you will never know how much you meant to me and the inpack you made in my life... i love you Darlen and trust me you will be missed.. you left me some big shoes to fill...i just hope i can be half the woman you have been ''you will always be in my heart and on mind . you go rest in peace the day will come when David and I will see you again.
