Aunt Connie's house was always a highlight of our family trips to AR. She would cook food that kids liked (hamburgers!), had toys we could play with, and a bunk bed with pictures decorating the underside of the top bunk :) She would talk to us like real people: children could be seen AND heard at Aunt Connie's! It always felt like home, she always made us feel welcome, whether the farm or the new house. We will miss this Blessed woman!
With love,
Joan
With deepest sympathy for your loss.
The Grissom Family.
Aunt Connie was a special lady and will be missed by so many. She was so strong in her faith and love for the Lord that I have no doubt that she is walking those streets of gold today. I’m sorry that I won’t be able to make it in for the service, but please know that I’m there in spirit and love. Hugs and prayers to all my family. Love you all! Wendy
I'm so sorry I can't be there today. I've been thinking a lot about Aunt Connie and the wonderful memories I had as a child...playing at the dairy farm, in the creek, bottle feeding calves and the great food she always made and then the "birthday dinners" we used to have that really served as a family reunion for both sides of her family. I miss those so much because that's when the family would get together! Aunt Connie, I love you and will miss you but I know where you'll be...tell mom I said hello and that I love her and give her a great big hug from me. Until we meet again...
Mrs. Connie was a warm and wonderful woman. An example of a true Christian! She was a part of so many childhood memories. She loved her family and her church and worked tirelessly to serve them both. She will be missed here, but oh what a reunion in Heaven!
Mrs Connie was a very sweet , kind , friendly person. She will be greatly missed. She didn't mind letting you know she loved the Lord. Praying comfort for the family.
All of you are in our prayers. Sorry we will not be able to attend Aunt Connie's service, but with mom needing us here, I know you understand. Love and prayers.
Brenda and Family,
All of you are in my prayers. Remember the good times.
We came to know Mrs. Connie through a mutual friend and loved her from the start. She wanted to share some of her beautiful flowers with us. We visited with her for several hours, we sat on her porch with her. She enjoyed us and we enjoyed her. Such a sweet godly lady. Will miss her, but know that she is reunited with her loved ones. She led a great long life and has received her rewards. Prayers for all her friends and family members. Till we meet again Mrs. Connie.
Mrs. Connie was dearly loved and will be greatly missed. May her godly legacy live on! God bless and comfort you in your loss.
