I grew up with Larry. We played together, went to school together, and worked together. You will have trouble finding a better man. Larry was real and what every man should try to be. It has been said that death steals the presence of the those we love, however, love gives us memories death can never steal. May God grant y'all His prefect love as you feel His presence, especially at this difficult time.

My Deepest Condolences to the Hargrove Family in Your Loss.
I was a Boilermaker that worked around Larry at the UP Shops and he was Always in a Good Mood with Good Advice a Smile on his Face no matter the Circumstances and a Devout Christian Man that Showed his Faith in everything he did. He set an example few could match.

I worked for Larry for several years up to his retirement. It was pleasure to do so. His quick wit was sorely missed upon his leaving and I am sad to know of his passing, Larry visited several times for lunch in the shop over the years and we were most glad to see him. Well wishes for his family and for our part we hold good memories of great leader. friend and man. Blessings from the Generator Gang

I'm sorry for your loss. I hated to hear this. When I first went to work at Union Pacific Larry was one of my Supervisor's. I allways enjoyed working for him and have many fond memories of talking with Larry about farming and tractors. One memory that I have is talking to Larry about Allis Chalmers Model G tractor's. My first memories of tractors are of plowing corn with my grandfather with his model G. Larry had a Model G and I always loved to talk to him about these tractor's because it remeinded me of the good times in the field with my grandfather. Again i'm sorry for your loss he was a really great person.
