Wesley York, 77, of Conway, AR, went to be with the Lord October 2, 2018. He was born January 09, 1941 in Bakerfield, CA to the late Lewis and Opal (Stark) York. Wes was preceded in death by his wife of 53 years, Virginia (Padgett) York and his sister, Arlene (York) Oaks.

Wes was a faithful member of the Church of Christ in Vilonia. He devoted his life to the Lord and his family. He enjoyed painting pictures, playing guitar and loved to listen to country music. Wes was loved very much by his friends and family, who will dearly miss seeing him wearing his western attire and miss his feisty attitude.

Left to cherish his memory is his loving family, son, Greg York and his wife Rebecca of Georgia; grandson, Joseph York, brothers, Sam York and wife Sandy, Doug York and wife Carol, and Steve York; 10 nieces and nephews and many great-nieces and nephews.
