Letha D Pruett

of Conway, AR

October 19, 1929 - February 15, 2018

Letha D. Pruett, 88, of Conway, AR, went to be with the Lord Thursday, February 15, 2018. She was born October 19, 1929 in Conway, AR to the late W.D. and Lindell (Goff) Johnson. Mrs. Pruett was preceded in death by her husband, Clarence Pruett, grandson, Jacob Pruett and brother, Bill Johnson.
Mrs. Pruett was a homemaker, loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and faithful member of Friendship Baptist Church in the Hamlet community. She always enjoyed spending time with family and singing gospel hymns at church. She could often be heard singing them around the house as she and her husband helped care for all 3 grand children during their childhood years. They were her pride and joy and apple of her eye. She loved them very much and loved making many precious memories with them. She also enjoyed and taught herself to play the piano, the electric keyboard and the accordion in her formative years.

The family would like to express a special thanks to all her home care providers and private caregivers over the past decade, and most especially to the loving care provided to her by Home Instead Senior Care of Conway.

Left to cherish her memory is her loving family, sons, Rick Pruett (Cindy) and William Pruett (Shelia) of Conway; grandchildren, Sage Pruett (Kathryn) of Dallas, TX, and Courtney Dewey (Craig) of Vilonia.
Funeral service will be 11:00 am, Saturday, February 17, 2018 at Friendship Baptist Church in Conway with visitation one hour prior, interment to follow at Beryl Cemetery in Vilonia.
