Ruthie Lee Nguyen 59, of Conway, Arkansas passed away Wednesday, June 21, 2017. She was born July 16, 1957 in El Paso, Arkansas to the late Benjamin C. and Dellar M. (Grimes) West.
She was preceded in death by her, parents, husband, Tuc Nguyen, brother, Joe West.
Ruthie is survived by her daughter, Tina Mae (Johnny) Hoang of Fort Smith, AR; son, Tony Lynn Tucker of Fort Smith, AR; sister, Regana Millsaps of Conway, AR; brother, Ricky West of Conway, AR; eleven grandchildren, April, Ashley, Sheldon, Tyler, Ben, Amber, Tristen, Xavier, Savannah, Caleb, and Hung, one great- grandchild, Zoey, niece, Amy Millsaps, two nephews, Dwayne Millsaps and Derek Millsaps, and many close friends.
A special memorial service will be held on Saturday, July 1, 2017 at 6:30 p.m. at Mount Zion Deeper Life Fellowship located at 3095 Dave Ward Drive in Conway, Arkansas. Dale Collins will officiate the service.

Ruthie was a great mother and friend.. She was like a second mother to me and i loved and respected her dearly.. She will be missed dearly by all her friends and family.. I love you Ruthie and miss your smile and hugs.. But your in a better place and ypur watching over us all.
