Otto and Mildred were next door neighbors on Farris Road to my Mother and Dad, the late Joe and Mary Ellen Dildy.
What wonderful neighbors they were!--sharing vegetables, daily visits, sharing seedlings, sharing cookies or cake.
I have a 12 foot high crape myrtle that came from their yard as a 2 foot tall plant over 15 years ago!
My prayers are with you at the loss of this fine man.

David, Debbie and family,
Otis Bailey was our precious friend and Christian mentor for so many years. Stanley & I have many wonderful memories of your dad and mom both. For me, it was from very early childhood at the Tyler's house next door (thinking back to when your parents drove the '56 light blue Pontiac), and then for all of our family at the Nazarene Church for many years, sitting by them during worship services and enjoying both of them as they were so completely involved in every aspect of service for the Lord. We appreciate their great influence on our lives and treasure these special memories. We love all of your family so much. You will be in our thoughts and prayers in the days ahead.

To the Bailey family, we are so sorry for your loss. I met Mr. Bailey in 1992 when I was seeking the County Clerk's office in the garden and still remember the great visit we had. One great man.
