Alma Lane, 80, of Conway passed from this life on Wednesday, August 17, 2016. She was born Thursday, September 5, 1935 in Marked Tree, Arkansas to Thomas and Birdie Wilson Mitchell. Mrs. Lane was of the Baptist faith. She was a loving mother, grandmother and great grandmother.
She is preceded in death by her husband of 32 years, Muriel J. Lane and son Rickie M. Lane along with several siblings.
Survivors include her children Thomas Lane (Johnnie) of Conway, Timmy Lane of Damascus, V. Sue Barton (Ronnie) of Greenbrier and Debbie Kirkpatrick (Doyle) of Greenbrier. Other survivors include grandchildren Craig Barton, T.J. Lane, Kevin Barton, Dusty Kirkpatrick, Darcy Kirkpatrick, great grandchildren Brooke Barton, Jace Barton, Brie Barton, Kendall Kirkpatrick, Baily Burke and sister Katherine Ellington along with a host of extended family and friends.
A private family service will be held at a later date.
