Johnny W. Davis, 78, of Conway went to be with the Lord July 27, 2016. He was born June 30, 1938 in Wichita Falls, TX to the late Floyd Howard and Ruth King Davis. Johnny was also preceded in death by his wife of 40 years, Kathleen Fulmer, brother, Floyd Howard Davis, Jr., and step father, Kenneth Pate.

Johnny was raised in the Baptist Faith and attended Round Mountain Community Church, where he and his brother sang and his mother was the pianist. He was an Executive of United Technologies Corporation and an author, who published four books after his retirement. Johnny was an avid golfer and fisherman, who also enjoyed spending time with his family.

Left to cherish his memory are his wife, Bobbi Davis, son, Scott Davis (Julie), brother, Pat Davis (Dula), grandson, Christopher Davis, and a multitude of bonus grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and nieces and nephews.

Graveside services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, July 30th at Crestlawn Memorial Park, with Pastor James Wilson officiating.

The class of CHS 57 was sorry and shocked to hear of the passing of Johnny. Condolences to his family.

Enjoyed so much working with Johnny during his assignments Columbus. He was a very dedicated individual. We enjoyed many days on the golf course and on the lake. He will be missed. My deepest sympathy for the family.
