Lola Faye Edwards

Lola Faye Edwards, 71, devoted wife, mother, and Nana passed away on April 30, 2012. She was preceded in death by her father Curtis Huggins, and sister, Doris Westbrook.

Left to cherish her memory is her devoted husband of 52 years, Freddie Edwards, her mother, Macie Huggins, her children, Steven Edwards of Conway, AR., Christopher Edwards of Little Rock, AR., and Shawna Edwards DuPont (Bill) of St. Louis MO., three sisters, Brenda Hughes of Cabot, AR., Ruth Faulk of Beebe, AR., Joy Bonner of Jacksonville, NC., two brothers, Billy Huggins of Clearlake CA., Raymond Huggins of Clinton, AR., grandchildren, William, Cole, and Andrew DuPont, Rachael, Reed, and Laken Edwards.

Lola was a member of Liberty Church of Christ in Conway. She was employed by Dr. Richard Meyer for 37 years. Lola was not only beautiful on the outside, but the inside as well. She will forever continue to be her family's inspiration.

Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Thursday, May 3, 2012, at Liberty Church of Christ in Conway, with Jonathan House officiating. Interment will follow at PeeDee Cemetery in Clinton. Serving as pallbearers will be Wayne Warren, Rodney Crafton, Tim Johnson, Steve Wood, Randy Rodgers, and Johnny Huggins. Visitation will be from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Wednesday at Roller-McNutt Funeral Home in Conway (501-327-7727).
