Gladys M. Prock

After a courageous battle against cancer, surrounded by her family on Saturday, October 31, 2009, Gladys Prock went to be with our heavenly Father, at the age of 89. Gladys was born January 1, 1920, Newark, AR to Frank and Lena Creasey.

After graduating from Scott High School, Gladys was an LPN at Arkansas Children's Hospital for many years. Gladys had a full life of family, fishing and traveling. She enjoyed bowling and she was always a faithful servant in her church.
She is preceded in death by her parents, three sisters and three brothers.

She is survived by her husband of 64years, Thomas Prock, Sr., her three children; Barbara Carr (Gene) of Conway, Tom Prock, Jr. (Sheila) of NLR and Pat Prock (Donna) of Sherwood, 8 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren and sister Eula O'Dorisio along with many other family and friends. She was the best wife, mother, mother-in-law, grandmother and friend anyone could have. We will all be a little emptier without Gladys, but her love, strength and faith will be with us always.

The Family would like to invite you to come and share in the celebration of the Life of Gladys Prock at the Oak Grove Church of Christ, in North Little Rock on Tuesday, November 3, at 10:00 a.m. Burial will be at Arkansas State Veterans Cemetery in North Little Rock.

Visitation will be Monday from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Roller-McNutt Funeral Home in Conway.

The family deeply appreciates the love and care given by Arkansas Hospice.

Pallbearers will include Robin Prock, Brandon Prock, Chris Sullivan, Eric Wallis, Eric Scroggins, and Jordan Henderson.

Honorary pallbearers will be Matt Raeburn, Garrett Shaffer, and Brett Sullivan.
