Mary Louise Smith, 81 of Lamar, passed away Friday, November 25, 2016 in Clarksville. Mrs. Smith was born November 2, 1935 in Clarksville to Mr. Charlie and Quency Elsie (Malick) Tumbleson. She was retired from Hanes Brand, and enjoyed doing crosswords, cooking, playing music, and spending time with her family. Mrs. Smith is preceded in death by her parents; two husbands, John David Smith, and Ernest Ridgley; one sister, Charlene Dodge; and one grandchild, Deanna Plank.
Mrs. Smith is survived by four daughters, Diana (Robert) Rainey of Knoxville, Debbie Patterson of Clarksville, Anna (Tim) Holman of Lamar, and Donna (David) Plank of Wright City, Oklahoma; two sons, David L. Smith of Clarksville, and Danny (Lorie) Smith of Ratcliff; three sisters, Phyllis Oliver, Wanda Scoggins both of Clarksville, and Judy Pawson of Grand Rapids, Minnesota; two brothers, Mark Tumbleson, and Fred Tumbleson both of Clarksville; one step-daughter Jana Tippin; three step-sons, Allen Ridgley, Jeremy Ridgley, and Mike Ridgley; ten grandchildren, fourteen great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces, and nephews.
Visitation will be 6:00 8:00 P.M. Tuesday, November 29, 2016 at the Roller-Cox Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral service will be 2:00 P.M. Wednesday, November 30, 2016 at the Roller-Cox Funeral Home Chapel; with Rev. Dade Kindrix officiating. Burial will follow in the Minnow Creek Cemetery with, David Wyles, George Wyles, Allen Ridgley, Bryan Scoggins, Josh Patterson, Jeremy Smith, and Jeremy Ridgley serving as pallbearers. Louise's grandsons will serve as honorary pallbearers.

My forever thoughts are with your family. I grew up in church knowing your mom, grandma,sister,aunt etc. She always had that sweet smile and so sweet and nice.
