Mrs. Terri Lynn Shepherd, 57, of Clarksville, passed away Sunday, April 12, 2015 in Clarksville. She was born July 15, 1957 in DeWitt, AR to John and Ruby Frownfelter Duncan. Terri enjoyed painting and spending time with her grandchildren. Mrs. Shepherd is preceded in death by her parents; sister, Betty Nutt; nephews, Roger Nutt and Phil Simpson. She is survived by son, Shane and Bobbie Shepherd of Clarksville; husband, Michael Shepherd of Lamar; grandchildren, Macie and Hagen Shepherd; sister, Carol and Wilford Simpson of DeWitt; brother, Jeff Duncan of Cabot; numerous nephews and nieces. There will be a private family service at a later date.

I am very sorry to hear of the loss of, Mrs. Shepherd. With all her love and joys, I imagine she was an amazing woman! I won't pretend to know what you're going through, but what has helped me deal with the loss of those I love is turning to the Scriptures, something that has been a real source of comfort. One Scripture that gives me hope is John 11:25, which says, " Jesus said to her: “I am the resurrection and the life. The one who exercises faith in me, even though he dies, will come to life." I hope that this verse will also comfort you and, I hope you and your family can get through this difficult time.
