Sharon Sue Richards was born June 27, 1957 at Clarksville, Arkansas. She was the daughter of Leonard Earl Richards and the late Sylvia Lee Smith Richards. She died April 30, 2012 in Van Buren, Arkansas at the age of 54. She was employed by the Arkansas Highway Department and was of the Baptist Faith. She is preceded in death by her mother; and one brother, Kelvin Lee Richards.

She leaves behind her father, Leonard Earl Richards of Clarksville, Arkansas; two sisters, Lena A. Gurney of Farmington, Arkansas and Normaline Crowe of Fort Smith, Arkansas; two brothers, Lawrence E. Richards of Clarksville, Arkansas and Clarence D. Richards of Cedarville, Arkansas.

Visitation will be 4-6p.m., Friday, May 4, 2012, Roller-Cox Funeral Home, Clarksville, Arkansas, 2-4p.m., Saturday, May 5, 2012, Edwards Van-Alma, Van Buren, Arkansas, 2-4p.m., Sunday, May 6, 2012, Roller-Cox Funeral Home, Clarksville, Arkansas. Graveside service will be 10:00 a.m., Monday, May 7, 2012, at Minnow Creek Cemetery, Lamar, Arkansas. Burial will be in the Minnow Creek Cemetery, Lamar, Arkansas. Reverend Danny Beard and Reverend Denton Lewis officiating.
