Tina D. Cook, age 75, of Benton, was born September 10, 1942, and died September 5,2018, at Saline Hospice in Bryant. She was a resident of Benton for over 40 years. Tina graduated from Dewitt High School in 1960 and received a degree in Journalism from the University of Arkansas. She was a free-lance writer and enjoyed a career in human services until retirement. Tina was predeceased by her parents, Coach Sam Cook, and Doris (McDonald) Cook Montgomery. She is survived by her sister, Dody Cook Cordes (husband Bob) and her niece, Kelly McDonald-Cook, of Los Angeles. Cremation by Roller Ballard Funeral Home and, per Tina's wishes, no service was held.
