I am so sorry for the loss you now feel in your hearts. I am asking God to cover you with His wings of comfort and love.
Blessings.
So sorry for your loss. May you find comfort in the words spoken at Revelation 21:3,4
(3) "With that I heard a loud voice from the throne say: “Look! The tent of God is with mankind, and he will reside with them, and they will be his people. And God himself will be with them. (4)
And he will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore. The former things have passed away".
When I moved from Fayetteville to Little Rock in September 1972, I worshipped at the Geyer Springs congregation because I only knew one person who attended there, my cousin, Joan Oates. On that Sunday I attended for the first time, Glen was the first person to greet me. That made me feel special. He was a good role model for what a shepherd should be. Wonderful, Godly man. His life influenced many, including me.
LaNell,
I am so sorry to hear about your father. If I can do anything for you, please let me know. I know you will miss him dearly. You and your family are in my thoughts and prayers.
