Michael Earl Tyler, age 60, of Gentry, Arkansas, passed away Monday, October 24, 2016 at Saline Memorial Hospice House in Bryant, Arkansas. He was born on April 15, 1956 in Furstenfeldbruck, Germany. He was a supervisor at Simmons Foods in Siloam Springs. He loved to fish and was a member of the Catholic faith.

He was preceded in death by his father, William Earl Tyler and his grandparents, Lee Wesley and Lola Tyler and Roy and Bernice Price.

Survivors include his wife of thirty-six years, Patricia Tyler; three sons, William Tyler and wife Connie of Forney, Texas, Lee Tyler and wife Lesa of Mt. Pleasant, Texas, and Gene Tyler and wife Laura of Decatur, Alabama; one daughter, Heather House of Mt. Pleasant; his mother, Sarah Jo Tyler of Benton, Arkansas; three sisters, Debra Tyler of Benton, Sharon Underwood of Cookeville, Tennessee, and Vicki Mosby of Prattsville, Arkansas; thirteen grandchildren, Michael Earl, Carmen, Carlie, Katherine, Payton Marie, Wesley Erick, Hali, Hannah, Keylee, and Kyle Tyler and Sydney, Shelby, and Sean House; numerous nieces and nephews; other relatives, his two canine companions, Mollie and Olivia, and many friends.

Funeral services will be 1:00 p.m., Friday, October 28, 2016 in the chapel of Roller-Ballard Funeral Home in Benton (501-315-4047) with Bro. Kim Hammer officiating. Interment will follow at Forest Hills Memorial Park in Little Rock with his sons and nephew Bryce Berry serving as pallbearers.

Visitation will be from 6:00-8:00 p.m., Thursday, October 27, 2016 in the chapel of Roller-Ballard.

I got to work with Mike Tyler, he was a wonderful person to work with. He was a great supervisor and always cared for his people. We will miss him so much. He is gone to soon.
