Blair Dunlap, age 82, of Yellville, Arkansas passed away Sunday, September 25, 2016 at Baxter Regional Medical Center in Mountain Home, Arkansas.

Blair was born on January 11, 1934 in Portageville, Missouri. Blair retired from the United States Air Force with the rank of T/Sgt. He and is wife, Agnes, moved to Yellville in 1977 having moved here from Alaska. Blair was a Licensed Ham Radio Operator. He was married to the former Agnes (Carpenter) on July 28, 1956.

Survivors include his wife, Agnes of Yellville, Arkansas;

one daughter, Cathy Brightwell and her husband, Larry, of Yellville, Arkansas;

one sister, Vivian Howard of Santa Paula, California;

He is also survived by three grandchildren:

Kerri Hall and her husband, Marty;
David Brightwell and his wife, Jill;
Emily Lancaster and her husband, Brent;

Mr. Dunlap is also survived by ten grandchildren.

Visitation will be held at the Burns Funeral Home on Tuesday, September 27, 2016 from 6:00 '''' 8:00 pm. Services will also be held at Burns Funeral Home Wednesday, September 28, 2016 at 2:00 pm with Mike Rotenberry officiating.

Pallbearers will be Marty Hall, Brent Lancaster, David Brightwell, Larry Brightwell, Jackie Wallace, and Steve Copeland.

Burial will be in Freck Cemetery south of Yellville
