Jewell McSpadden McClellan Overton, 87 was born to Loyd and Nancy Wheeler McSpadden on January 22, 1929 in Grand Glaise, Arkansas and passed away on August 21, 2016 in Danville, Arkansas.

She was also preceded in death by her parents, her first husband, Curtis McClellan, and her second husband, Herman Overton, son Gary McClellan, 3 sisters and 1 brother.

She is survived by her son Robert H. McClellan, Havana, Arkansas; daughters, Etsuko McClellan, San Clemente, California; Jaquita Greenfield, Havana, Arkansas; Jacqueline Sherry(Timothy), Gasville, Arkansas; Karen Smith(Terry), Hazen, Arkansas. Three sisters, Wandalee Davis, Sparta, Tennessee; Barbara French, Sherwood, Arkansas; Rinda, Barnett, Possum Grape, Arkansas. One brother, Gerald McSpadden(Joyce), Judsonia, Arkansas. She is also survived by 16 grand-children, 46 great grand-children, 13 great-great grand-children, 34 nieces and nephews and a host of other family members and friends.

Visitation will be from 6-8 PM at Roller-Daniel Funeral Home in Searcy on Tuesday, August 23, 2016. Graveside Services will be Wednesday, August 24, 2016 at Coffeyville Cemetery at 2:30 PM.

So sorry you had to go but God wanted you home. We're you have no pain and back to yourself 100%. You are my grandmother I never knew and heard very little about but when it's my time to go, I'll get to know who you are. Rest in peace and have fun eating your sweets.

My mother was kin to McSpadden she was Pauline Fulbright Married Jimmie Wolford.. Her family came from a little town called Cushman , Arkansas.
