The pain, the grief, and the feelings of helplessness can seem unbearable when our love ones succumb to death. At such times, we can go to God’s Word for comfort. The promise at Isaiah 25:8 says, "He will swallow up death forever, and the Sovereign Lord Jehovah will wipe away the tears from all faces. The reproach of his people he will take away from all the earth, for Jehovah himself has spoken it."

At that time man's last enemy death will be brought to nothing. (1 Corinthians 15:26)

We wish that you have peace, endurance and comfort. (2 Corinthians 1:3, 4)
