Norman Curtis Jarrett

Norman Curtis Jarrett, age 88, of Mountain Home, Arkansas passed away Monday, June 11, 2012 in Mountain Home. He was born July 26, 1923 in Blue Jacket, Oklahoma to Melvin Frank and Edna May (Landers) Jarrett.
Mr. Jarrett married Gwendolyn Mae McLean October 26, 1945 in Severy, Kansas. He was an Executive Vice President for Citizens National Bank in Eureka, Kansas for 30 years. He served as an Army Medic during WWII. He was a member of the Mountain Home Baptist Church.
Mr. Jarrett is survived by two daughters: Diana Moody and husband Bill of Cotter, Arkansas and Margaret Ann Jarrett of Kansas City, Kansas, a local granddaughter: Rebekah Cruse and husband Earl and great-grandsons: Micah and Mason all of Mountain Home; a sister, Vera (Wayne) House of Live Oak, California, several other grandchildren and nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife: Gwendolyn Mae Jarrett and two brothers.
Memorial services will be private. Interment will be in Tannehill Cemetery in McAlester, Oklahoma.
