Ann E. Thomas Hightower of Conway, AR, passed away at Little Rock Baptist Hospital in Little Rock, AR, on May 24, 2012. She was born on October 1, 1943, in Webster City, IA, a daughter of the late Everett and Ruth Bever of Jewell, IA.

Ann Graduated from Jewell High School in 1961 and went on to graduate from Iowa Lutheran Nursing School in Des Moines, IA. She enjoyed her many years of nursing, working at Hamilton Co. Hosp., Webster City, IA, Dardanelle Hospital, Dardanelle, AR, and Baptist Medical Center in Little Rock, AR. She was very dedicated nurse and retired in 2008.

Ann married Billy Hightower in Batesville, AR. She is survived by her husband, son, Paul Robinson and grand- daughter Hunter Robinson, Little Rock, AR. Her sister Kathy Ose, Story City, IA, brother Bill Bever, McKinney, TX, and Jim Bever of Dallas, TX, several nieces, nephews and cousins. Linda and Mike Kazarian of Reno, NV. Step-children Melvin and Heidi Hightower, Greenbrier, AR and Daniel Hightower of Conway, AR.

She was preceded in death by her parents, daughter Beth Ann Robinson.

Memorial Services will be held August 4, 2012 in Conway. Burial of Cremains will be in Russellville, AR.
